Yeah -- I mean, what's the point of flushing or even shitting in the actual toilet? People's jobs depend on you clogging up everything!

Gue, tell us about a time you left an upper decker for the sake of others' well being.

There are a number of things I don't understand about upper deckers, and one is the actual act of doing it, which seems like an unenjoyable moment of positioning your body in a strange way. Like, you have to actually take the top of the toilet off, perch yourself somehow up there, and then defecate? For the most part, I think men and women poop in different ways, and women don't have the patience to just fucking sit and force it out for necessity/humor's sake. The only time I could even conceivably think of doing an upperdecker, like actually just going for it, would be if I had the runs or some major necessary I have to shit right now and SOMEHOW had the time (and the foresight? Like, I guess I'm at someone's place who deserves this? Which by the way, is typically: no one) and decided to take the top off of the toilet to do it in there, risking the INEVITABLE AND PROBABLE SPEWING OF MY OWN FECES in various directions THAT MIGHT HIT ME, for the sake of the alleged comedy of the owner/renter of the toilet doing the "Why I oughtta!" outrage face. It seems like a lot of fucking work. Especially when I've accidentally clogged people's toilets, resulting in some really timeless humor, like the time after my best friend's younger brother's funeral, when I had to come out to the living room with my head hung low, saying, "Today has been really shitty for all of us, but...."

Hey hey now. I didn't say anything about defecation. It's not like I go out of my way to leave movie theatre garbage -- it's just I don't bother thinking about it too much. If it's convenient for me to grab my popcorn bag and throw it out, I usually do, BUT if I left a really big mess for some reason -- straw wrappers, scary movie made me dump some popcorn etc -- they can clean it up.

Oh god, upper deckers. Easier to pull off than you think, but still pretty horrendous thing to do. This was a fairly common thing my college roommates did at parties. It was a literal contest to see who could get to the upper deck first. More than one toilet was double-tapped after these guys had been holding their bowels for hours in anticipation. Winner at the end of the semester got a case of Natty Light.

I'm still at a loss for why men dominate the "what is funny" continuum. It's a battle that won't ever be won, but I feel like you dumb dickheads should at least do all of us the courtesy of just handing out sedatives every time we hang out.

If I had any sedatives I can assure that I would not be out anywhere. Nor would I be handing them out to anybody. I'd semi-consciously be having a one-man party at home.

Gregs' kinda on point here and I really think you're selling yourself short kiddo. Removing the cover is about as time consuming as wiping the piss off the toilet seat. It really comes down to a decision of will and personally I think you've got it in you. Don't go out thinking about what might have been...

Let's start a ten page semantic debate on whether or not "amusement" qualifies as a feeling that eventually devolves into unfunny insult attempts and bullshit self righteous white knightery.

Oh the time I have spent in the hospital trying to figure out how to discreetly break into my PCA pain pump to squeeze a little more dilaudid into my chest. The controls they have in place make it hard. One key to access the pump kept in nurses station, 2 nurses must be present at syringe changes, leftover/empty medication must be sent back to pharmacy, not disposed of in the in room sharps container.

"********* is a great festival to attend because they offer some amenities that are quite rare in the festival world (unfortunately). For one, the music goes all night. This gives you the ability to keep your Burning Man total freedom vibe going as long as you want. One thing that ********* has that Burning Man could only dream of is a lake that DOES allow swimming. This is a really big deal, as most festivals do not allow swimming."
