Coachella March Madness 2013

This year marks the beginning of the Inaugural Coachella March Madness Tournament! Much like the NCAA tourney, we will run a 64 artist "playoff" featuring artists playing this years coachella. Before the festival begins insApril, we will crown a coachella champion. In order to give each artist a chance to win, while preserving some sort of ranking system, the top acts of each day will have an automatic bid to the tourney. Whereas the bottom tier acts will have to qualify for the big dance. Seeding is assigned to placement on poster. Preliminary rounds start this week. To simplify the process, the top 3 lines of each day will be granted immunity and a free pass into the tourney. Thus 44/64 spots are taken. Leaving us to elect 20/100 undercard acts.

Qualifying
There will be 10 polls opened for 10 days. The top 20 artists with the most votes will move on to the big dance. Ask here for any questions you have, but be sure to vote in all 10 polls. (I apologize in advance for the qualifying rounds taking up a lot of space. Voting for the actual tourney will come out in batches.) Thanks For your participation! This should be fun
