Monday wasn't all bad, but Tuesday & Wednesday this previous year were two of the worst days of my life. Rain at Coachella = a nasty illness going around.

Generally speaking all I want to do on Monday is get home to San Diego as fast as possible so I can lay down, but I'll usually stop for lunch at Chipotle or Jersey Mike's along the way cause you gotta eat.
If you're not exhausted and sleeping on Monday the day after then you didn't do it right.

Thanks for the Pinnochio tip - we went there for brunch on Monday and it was FAB. Definitely scored points with my friends with the bottomless champagne so thanks again for the suggestion!
A Nacho Omelette from Goody's will really help open you up after a weekend of eating odd foods at odd hours. Sounded like a good idea at the time...

My Monday day after always is a long travel day back east. So the depression doesn't set in until Tuesday. But same sentiment.
