I have 2 Rooms for Rent and havePrivate Backyard Camping(1.5 miles from festival)

2 rooms for rent in beautiful 4 bedroom house in Coachella just shy of 1 and a half miles away from the festival.
Each room will be 130 dollars a night,the rooms are available each weekend. You can rent as many days as you want to

I also have a big backyard which be holding private backyard camping on each weekend.
Camping is 40 dollars a night each tent. You can camp as many days as you want to.

Everyone that is either renting a room or backyard camping has access to the bathrooms/showers/TV`s/Air Conditioning,Wi-Fi,BBQ,Kitchen
You are allowed to party and do what you please as long as nothing is broken.
Parking is available for everyone.
You will get a free ride TO the festival each day.
I am willing to work out a small discount if you decide to rent both rooms out. (rent both rooms weekend 1 and i will discount price or rent both rooms weekend 2 and i will discount the price)

i still have rooms open for both weekend 1 and weekend 2

and the private backyard camping spots have a couple filled but i still have room for 5 more tents for each weekend.

from what i see due to being a local of the coachella valley is every hotel is either sold out and if not sold out then 300+ a night,so all in all i say i have one of the best deals around,especially when your getting free transportation to the festival,most people have to buy a shuttle pass or pay alot for a taxi >.<
