weekend 2 coachella hotel (below market rt)

i'm renting the separate, stand-alone hotel room that's attached to my vacation villa timeshare. the room comes with 2 double beds, a jacuzzi-bathtub, free wi-fi, and its own private entrance (separate key). the property is 15 minutes from the festival and also has its own shuttle stop (PURPLE LINE / ZONE 4). during coachella weekend, the property doubles its prices and charges $400/night for this room. i'd like to rent it out directly for the posted non-holiday / non-special event rate ($200/night). hotel agreement specifies a 4-person max occupancy.

my original plan was to share the 1 bedroom suite + adjacent hotel room with friends. however, too many of them dropped out and opted for weekend #1. with smaller space requirements, i've decided to rent the pre-paid stand-alone room and squeeze into the adjacent suite with my friends who could make it.
