I haven't seen any posts on here regarding Dropkick Murphys.
Am I the only one stoked to see them at Coachella?

I think there is one, and they have about six good songs the rest are awful and they are extremely bad live. But have fun!
Post a video of them sounding good live with good vocals...

The one time I saw them live they fucking killed it, and Blackout is one of my favorite albums of all time. Haven't seen them since 05 so I'm definitely excited.
Expect casualties.
It takes a fast car, lady,
To lead a double life.
But like fuck the establishment right bros! Yeah punk rock parents suck!!
I have an incredibly soft spot for punk bands -- Social D is one of my favorite bands of all-time (if you like them even a little, you should see them; Mike is unbelievable live) -- but Dropkick Murphys fucking blow. This lineup has way too many options for anyone with any interest in music to waste an hour on them.
will always be a classic to me

I we really going to have this conversation right now?

Murphys are just Pogues wannabes, but that's just my opinion. (Also: I expect them to be a very good show, but that's just my prediction.)
I used to fucking love Dropkick Murphys. Between 98 and 02 I saw them close to a dozen times but have not seen them in a decade. Kind of tempted, but I can't really stand much of the music they've put out since Blackout, and even half of that album is awful.
Really fun everytime I saw them, though. Do they still close with that AC/DC medley? That shit was tits.
The boys are back! The boys are back! The boys are back and there looking for trouble!
