Wearing a mask/helmet ok?

So I'm thinking about wearing my Stormtrooper helmet for part of Coachella 2013. I've put LED lights in it, so it looks pretty cool when it's lit up at night, and I've been to clubs/raves/concerts with it before, so it's not too hard to dance with it on. It's not big and bulky like a Deadmau5 helmet, so I figured it would be ok to wear as it really doesn't block the view of anyone standing behind me. The main questions I have are: A. Are we aloud to bring any type of mask/helmet into the Coachella grounds? And B. Has anyone worn a mask/helmet to Coachella before, and was it worth carrying around for part of the day?

I have worn a Batman head and cape thing but its gets super hot during the day. If I were you I would get a locker and keep it in there till the sun goes down. That way you wont have to carry it around all day. As far as being allowed in with the helmet goes.. I would say if they can search it and its not ridiculous in size you should be ok. Also I agree with Mr. Fuzz, post a picture of you wearing the mask.

I have a chicken and gorilla suit. I wonder if I should bring one this year. The chicken suit's much more manageable (no harness, etc.)

I also recently acquired a melodica but I'm pretty sure no instruments are allowed. I'll bring it for the campgrounds perhaps.

While reading this thread I looked up to see that the temperature here in Indio is 91*... It's March 1st... Go ahead and wear the mask, but I'd make certain you had a stash place for it since you probably won't be wearing it for long.
