i mentioned it only because they have different times listed for all their shows.
Nothing good is playing against Modest Mouse? Lame.

The Horrors Oct 14 Santa Ana
I'd be surprised if anyone "good" plays against Modest Mouse since they haven't played the Polo Field since '99
That Four Tet, HTDA conflict (which seems entirely realistic) is a real kick in the nuts. If Modestep and Nicky Romero were switched, you'd have a nice four hour block of straight-cheese in the Sahara. As it is, that's 5 straight hours of nothing good.
Oneohtrix Point Never (2/7)
Four Tet (3/7) / Voices from the Lake (live) (3/7)
London Grammar (3/25)
Factory Floor (4/15)
Haxan Cloak (5/15)
I don't see Of Monsters and Men conflicting with Passion Pit. Those two are played a lot on the SoCal "alternative" stations...
Tommy Trash and Dillon Francis are too early.

MAYYYBE tommy trash, def not dillon francis
Dillon is pretty big now, but yeah Tommy Trash at noon? he'll have no crowd
Dog blood will not close out the sahara. I know if it was boyz noise or skrillex they could, but at ultra fest dog blood is playing at 5 p.m. and I don't see them going past 7 or 8. Also I could see them getting the club 75 time around 4:30
No way modestep plays before Dillon Francis or Nicky Romero
actually, these set times don't make a whole lot of sense. Why are there only 3 acts playing past 7? In all likelihood wolfgang gartner will play something like 7-8, dog blood 8:20-9:35 Bassnectar 10-11:30 Infected Mushroom 11:50-close

Also, is it just me, or couldn't four tet and thomas gold play the new stage? According to bentley's description, both acts fit the mold (http://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/thomasgold/biography). TNGHT is in the precarious pposition of whether they should be booked for their lights or for their sound. Sahara has better sound but gobi would let the play at night. The argument you all have for them playing night is stupid. I would like to see their set at night but really, who cares if their name is about night time, they can easily play the sebastiAn, proxy set time in the sahara. I also guarantee Nicky Romero won't be playing anytime before 5.
Infected Mushroom 11:50-close
Dog Blood 8:25-9:40
Wolfgang Gartner 7:10-8:10
Nicky Romero 6:00-7:00
Tommy Trash 5:00-5:50
Dillon Francis 3:55-4:45
Thomas Gold 1:40-2:30
Sam XL Pure Filth Sound 12:30-1:20
just checked out thomas gold on youtube, and yeah he belongs in the sahara

there shouldn't be breaks between every act in the sahara imo
There were pretty sizeable breaks in the Sahara for last year, 20 minutes I think for earlier acts, and up to 45 minutes+ for the big acts with shitshow productions. I don't know if this will happen again, though, as I think that's the only Sahara to ever have such huge time gaps.
wow you're right..guess i never noticed because i was never over there lol
bassnectar is gonna headline , not infected mushroom
They should put Yeah Yeah Yeahs to close out the main stage if they wanna draw a crowd.
except in 2011 when he headlined edc
