Set times predictions vs. reality

Take the first effort at set times/stages, compare against actual set times/stages and determine the accuracy of the forecast. Every time there is a revision to the predicted times, create another data point. Release the data to see if the predictions got more or less accurate as the actual set times release got closer.

Someone should do this, ideally, someone with research interns.
