After downloading a bunch of artists I'd have to say I'm most excited for Parov Stelar, Puscifer, and Rodriguez.

There are some great artists listed in this thread. Add Kids These Days to the list.

They put on a pretty good show...watch for the lead singer's OVER-sized Mickey Mouse shirt, it's a staple on their tour.

So far I've only managed to get through Friday's acts but of those, the one I'm most excited for that I had never heard of before is IO Echo. One listen of When The Lilies Die was enough for me to be on board with this band.

Can't remember the last time I loved an album as much as I love Shrines. Her voice is other worldly.

Honorable mentions to Alt-J and Polica.

So, if anyone in here has seen RuPaul's Drag Race then you would know who Sharon Needles is. If you do know, Sharon just put an album out and it is actually pretty good. Its got a couple easily forgetable pop/gaybar filler but I'd have to say that more than half of the album is a cross between scissor sisters/ marilyn Manson, and even one song sounmds like Hank III. All in all I'd rate this album a strong B+.

I havent heard of IO Echo before Coachella '13 too. I am very excited to see this set. You should check out the Shanghai Girls video they have on YouTube, that video made me a fan!

Yeah I've checked out a lot of their stuff now and am super stoked for it. My only fear is that they'll be so early in the day that I'll miss them, I always seem to miss the first band I want to see in any given day, it's the curse of poor time management.

White Arrows, Palma Violets, Guards, Wild Belle, DIIV. I wrote about the "top 21 obscure Coachella 2012 bands." I included their songs so you can decide for yourself! http://www.travelgrom.com/travel-blo...see-acts-bands

Sad I can't go Sunday bc I'd really like to check out Deap Vally, Maya Jane Coles, and Jessie Ware.
