so far they've announced The Black Keys, Flaming Lips, Alabama Shakes, Cake and Ben Harper will be on the bill. The beer and wine line-up alone could make this worth a look if ticket prices aren't too high.

They also announced The Shins, The Wallflowers, Blues Traveler, Michael Franti, and Rodrigo y Gabriella today.

I wonder if this means that none of these bands will be playing at OSL? I know that OSL does not like to share acts with other local festivals.

Although this festival looks to have a pretty decent line-up so far, I feel like all these bands have played around here a bunch of times recently.

Mother's Day weekend is an odd weekend to hold a festival in Napa.

Hmm strange, as soon as I move out of Napa, they get alll these bands to start touring through, and now they get their own fest? Hmm cool I guess. I wonder where in Napa this will be. I can tell you no road(s) in Napa is built for any kind of crowd/traffic. Highway 29 can barely handle the people getting off work at 5pm to drive back to American Canyon.

Supposedly, it's at the fairgrounds. Which should make for awesome traffic if the majority are coming from SF and Santa Rosa.

It definitely has the feel of a suburban/aging hippie festival now which makes sense considering the location.

The confirmations today have been pretty bad with the exception of Bad Religion. I wonder how they got talked into playing this festival.
