    Default Frontgate says I haven't bought my tickets yet but I bought one during the presale.

    It says I have no order history on my account but as mentioned in the title I bought one during the presale.

    Is this the case for anyone else?

    Did you receive emails throughout 2012 about your monthly payments going through? Was your card charged each month? If so, call FrontGate - I'm sure it will be busy with the on-sale but their customer service is really great.
