That would be a fantastic season.

(speaking as a lifelong Angels fan, of course)

I'm a born and raised, lifelong, from Chicago, bleed-Cubbie-blue-Cubs fan and the best I can do is predict that my team will finish 4th in their division. That's probably a stretch.

Hah. The Angels. They don't even know what city they're located in.

Then I assume you'll be at the inter-league series in Anaheim this season? June 4th and 5th.

We know their name is ridiculous, but have you looked at their lineup?

Easily the best 1-9 in MLB.

I'll be living in Atlanta between the end of April and the end of August, so unfortunately the answer is no. Because of the schedule, it looks like I'm going to miss the Cubs in Atlanta and I'm going to miss the Cubs at the Dodgers this year too. However, I'll be flying to Chicago in early September and will catch a game or two at Wrigley for the first time in a couple of years.

Oh yeah, I snagged a few Angels on my fantasy team. They just need to change their stupid name.

I really hope the angels grab granderson with this wells mystery trade. I met him and few other yankees at bar in newport last year. Really cool guy, gave me a shot even though i was rockin an angels hat. I think the real question this year is, "can trout be as productive as last year?"

I would've been satisfied if the Yankees just sent over a case of Zima.

One game, against an injury-riddled Yanks team, but the Sox somewhat decent. Jackie Bradley definitely looks promising.

How many other starting pitchers have hit the go-ahead home run in the first game of the season? Clayton Kershaw is the MAN.

Oh, and pitched the whole game. And the answer? One: Bob Lemon in 1953. Sixty years later, Clayton Kershaw.

I was lucky enough to get the invite to this one today.

Long day with AM beers on the Hard Rock patio and PM laughs sitting in Bronx traffic on the Deegan, listening to all the panicky YANKEE honks on WFAN. (Francesa was, as usual, the perfect asshole to keep things laughable.)

Bradley was fun to watch, especially the Say-Hey quasi-over the shoulder catch and working the BOB after 0-2 from C.C.

I was impressed with Victorino's range in RF and his quality at-bats. Ellsbury looked like the odd man out today in this Golden Glove outfield. He will get his, though.

Sox bullpen looked nice with 4 goose-egg innings. Granted, it is the Yankees-lite.

    Lester didn't melt down!!!!

The Stadium is,well, freaking awesome. Fenway Park, for all its "charm" is sucky place to sit and watch a game. Seating plan was designed for Depression-Era people.
