Default Anybody interested in renting a house nearby?

In addition to camping last year, we stayed in a big house within walking distance (in that gated neighborhood next door to the Polo Fields) for sleeping showering, relaxing, fridge purposes. We're planning on staying there again and are looking for other people who may be interested in sharing the house with us. It's got 4-5 huge bedrooms, so it can sleep anywhere from 8-12 people total. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the back, balcony with a great view, and maid (totally not necessary, but she came with the house so I'm not complaining!)

The owner is really chill and we did not have to pay a deposit. She wants us back this year, so I assume it will be the same. It's less than $100/night - how much exactly would depend on how many people we get. If you're interested, respond here or shoot me a PM. Serious inquiries only!

Do you have a link to the house? I have a crew of about 6 guys and gals that are looking for a house with a pool nearby...... That price range should be do-able as well.

    Let me know

    Thanks!

Riggins, might I suggest you just skip Coachella altogether and stay home so you can party with your animals instead?

Here is the album. Some pictures are mine, some are from MLS listing site. 5bd/4ba. Not all the rooms are pictured, but you get the idea. The room with the small brown couch was transformed into a bedroom with an extra pull-out bed.

The place still open for week one Gold?

And is the owner working with other people for week 2? (I assume they'd be cool about having people for that weekend too)

    Hello,

I am extremely interested in this house if there is still room for two. It will be two of us. A good friend of mine and myself. We are flying in from Houston and plan on riding our horses to the polo fields. What do you think?

In all seriousness we are two college educated young professionals. LSU and UH. Clean, respectful and ready to have a good time. Let me know.

aacevesv@gmail.com if you want to chat directly.

    Thanks in advance.Peace.

    Hey man,

I read your post and had question about your past experience doing both a condo and camping at the same time. My friends and I are wanting to do the same thing because we want the comfort of a condo/pool while also being able to enjoy the craziness of the campgrounds. My understanding is you can not enter the campgrounds at all without a camping pass. Is this true? And is that why you did camping as well as your condo?

Any insight you have would be super helpful!

    Happy coachella!
