Weekend 2-

Two bedrooms for rent, $400.00 per room for the weekend of April 19-21, 2013, you can leave until Monday morning 11 am, just let us know beforehand. We require a deposit of $100.00 paid through PayPal and the balance of $300.00 cash upon arrival, max 3 people per room. Bedrooms have a queen size bed, ceiling fan and central AC, and you are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room, we can e-mail pictures of the bedrooms. Our development is (2 mi) to the Coachella Fest venue, a pharmacy, bank, and fast food restaurants within walking distance.
