were you not there Friday 09. Hard to beat Ting Tings >> Franz Ferdinand >> Leonard Cohen >> Morrissey >> Paul McCartney. Cage the Elephant was also earlier, and I think Los Campensinos, though they might have been Saturday.

Holy Fire is an unusual and unexpected record especially after Total Life Forever, which was ostentatious and brassy. It's like the songwriter broke up with his girlfriend and spent a lot of time listening to The Cure

Some of these Holy Fire songs are gonna sound fantastic on the polo fields.. The second half of the album is a grower but if you turn it up and get in the atmosphere of the songs, they're great.
