This would be awwwwessssome
i created this thread because the other modest mouse thread was full of a bunch of pussies whining.
Am I the only one that would prefer the Moon & Antarctica?
i've never heard a disappointing live song from modest mouse yet. anything they close with will be fucking awesome.
my favorite band, finally playing coachella (again). pretty freaking excited.
If they just play a few lonesome crowded west songs ill be satisfied. But ya this would be epic but would never happen
Check out my concert photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/ameeps/
2/6 - Pixies - Peabody Opera House
2/15 - Arctic Monkeys - Pageant
3/14 - This Will Destroy You - Echo
3/20 - Lorde - Peabody Opera House
3/28 - Real Estate - Firebird
With that said, full support for the original post. That would be amazing. I have a suspicion we might get some music from the vaporware new album though.
Them and Sigur Rost were the top 2 bands I wanted to see on the lineup. And I got both. This set will kick so much ass. Modest Mouse on the outdoor vs Stone Roses sound perfect
Arcade Fire 10/29 @ The Capital Building
Arcade Fire 10/31 @ The Palladium
Two Door Cinema Club 11/1 @ The Fox
Father John Misty 11/2 @ The Wiltern
Day of the Dead 11/2&3 @ LA Historic Park
The Head and the Heart 12/7 @ The Wiltern
Volcano Choir 1/18 @ The Fonda
THIS would be insane...consider this my signature...they should warm it up with shit luck.
Yes. I want as many old songs as possible. Heres one vote for edit the sad parts as well.
Stevie Wonder, Jurassic 5!!, Magnetic Man, Pogo, Tycho, Tears for Fears 2013
Street Scene 07,08,09
Rock the Bells 07
Looks like we dodged a bullet with this one. Friday is a pretty solid lineup, but I have little interest in Blur/ Stone Roses at this point. MM will be a good Friday closer for sure.
signed. an Outdoor set would be much better vibes than if they played the Main Stage

So glad to finally see these guys back on the lineup. i just hope to Christ allmighty they do not conflict with Jusrassic 5
Seen these guys about 5 or 6 times and they have killed it every time
Superfan will be in front of the Fonda masturbating furiously to a photo of him taking a photo of a band. Set is from 8:05 to approximately 8:05:15. Guest list only.
I support this.
Nacosta - Steve Gunn/Chris Forsyth - Laurie Anderson w/ Kronos Quartet - Neil Young - William Tyler - Cut Copy - Philip Glass Ensemble - Philip Glass - Tycho - Nickel Creek
One of the most pleasant surprises in a long time. I'll be there.
It's been a long time since I've seen Modest Mouse ('04 I think?); closing set on the Outdoor would be incredible.
3rd Planet or Dramamine? I never see both on a setlist.
I need this live.
