I'll be slightly surprised if two of them aren't Mumford & Sons and NIN. Daft Punk/The Stones/Depeche Mode for the 3rd. it's wider open, but I can't see Mumford not returning back next year or not headlining. Coachella nearly always get a Bonnaroo header from the previous year and out of the 4 this year, Mumford are definitely favourite,
The National
Pearl Jam
Daft Punk

We live in a world where the National are considered headliners?
It's going to be a rough ten months leading up to daft not being on top of the poster.
In a perfect world they are perhaps the only new(ish) bands that are sub headlining 2013 festivals that I think deserves the bump up to headliner sometime in the near future. Some promoters have already put them in US arenas.
If the new album is as good as the other ones, IMO, they have a catalog that surpasses several established headline level acts. Plus they are a great live act.
Exactly my logic. If someone had suggested Phoenix back a few years ago, it would've seemed crazy. Yet here they are headlining. I think The National deserve it at this point, certainly more than Phoenix.
They might be 3rd line Lolla, but
1. That lineup has not been officially confirmed
2. Phoenix isn't headlining Glastonbury, yet they are Coachella. There will always be discrepancies in billing between festivals.
3. The National absolutely should be on the 2nd line of that "leaked" lineup. They're after The Lumineers, The Postal Service and Vampire Weekend? Seriously?
