I Wanna Be Adored Benacassim(Spain) 2012 Festival pro-shot
Waterfall Fuji Rock(Japan) 2012 festival pro-shot
The only professional recordings from 2012 circulating. Blackpool and Reading on youtube are both subpar performances when it comes to vintage footage and the in-studio tv stuff didn't capture it. The 19956 and mid 80's footage is more for hardocre fans.
Footage The Finland 1990 festival fanshot camcorder footage might be your best bet along with the 2 above clips.
There's not much quality live footage of them circulating.

Absolutely sad that I chose this year to not go to Coachella because I love me some Stone Roses:-( Hope they make some of the other festivals so I might get to see them live!
Who the HELL are the Stone Roses???? How the hell are they headlining??? WEAK!!!!!!! At least I will have some time to see other acts as I won't be wasting my time with this drivel. /rant
Coachella '10, '11, '12 (w2), '13 (w1), and hopefully every one after
"I was born with music inside me. Music was one of my parts. Like my ribs, my kidneys, my liver, my heart. Like my blood. It was a force already within me when I arrived on the scene. It was a necessity for me-like food or water."

Honestly never heard of them until just a few weeks ago, but they're growing on me. It's almost as if Alex from A Clockwork Orange was the lead singer.

WTF?

Embarrassing. I pity these people. I understand they were/are much bigger in Britain but it is like people going to a festival in England who have never heard of the Pixies. It just wouldn't happen.
This shows why festivals in America have never really taken off like they have in Europe.
Yeah, because Coachella, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, Ultra, and Lollapalooza are such extremely unsuccessful American festivals.

I like "I Wanna Be Adored," "Waterfall," and "I Am The Resurrection," so I guess I would enjoy their set.
I still don't get why they are headlining though.
Are Blur/Stone Roses US exclusive bookings like Coachella did in the past with Suede and Portishead?
Worthwhile information to know before the onsale next week.
The Stone Roses have a special place in my heart. They were one of the first bands that really changed my music tastes back when I was around 13/14 or so. I will have a blast at their set... but why the fuck exactly would you expect the average person in America to know who they are in 2013? Seriously, give me one good reason. Most music geeks even think these dudes have one really good album, which isn't really that far off the truth to begin with. There is absolutely no reason these guys should be headlining the "best" music festival in America.
