Finally, congrats to TallGuyCM for serving as Ian's human standing post while he crowdsurfed near the end of their set.

That's awesome! I was already tripping pretty hard by this time so I didn't recognize a single famous person but tallguy chris holding up Svenonius was such a hilarious and awesome surprise. Ha! I look in and I'm like who is this monster of a man- oh it's just Chris.

The most surreal thing that's happened to me at a show before. So awesome.

My favorite Coachella moment of all time came when Ian was standing on the rail talking about wanting more reality, wanting to feel, touch, taste and experience the real world versus getting your kicks off the internet/TV etc. He said, I want to taste you, I want to feel you, and then as he said I want to smell you he grabbed the coonskin hat I had on and bent over, looking me directly into my eyes the whole time, and proceeded to "smell" me deeply. Nobody could have seen that he was still looking me directly into the eyes as his forhead was came in and pressed into mine for a good 5 seconds or so, but he was still staring at me fiercly. It was kinda an intense experience. He then broke away and the crowd proceeded to carry him by his skinny legs as he started to sing. Seriously, what a great performer. One of my favorite sets of both weekends. I wish more people would have realized this. Kinda a small crowd, but they didn't seem to care and still gave it their all.
