Yep, but I bet most people here outside of a few didn't get a chance to see it.

I actually heard that her performance was more like a religious experience than it was a concert.

Also, sup dude in Tucson. I, too, live in Tucson right now.

Also also, glad to hear that Hot Chip killed it. Was hearing some mixed reviews about their live performances in the past.
    Godspeed.

Did you see any of Grinderman's set? Looking at Blur's set list from Wk 1, it looks like they're playing my favorite songs in the first half so I can leave right before Song 2 starts....

    Upcoming shows
    5/20 Giorgio Moroder @ Output
    5/21 Brenmar/Nick Hook @ Tammany Hall
    5/23 A Hawk & A Hacksaw @ Lincoln Center
    5/24 Skream/Mala/Plastician @ SRB Brooklyn
5/25 12 years of DFA @ Grand Prospect Hall
    5/26 The Do-Over @ the Well

I stuck it out for all of Blur. I'm sad I missed Grinderman, but not regretful of my choice to do so.

Sounds good! Depending on how the crowd is I might stay for Blur but probably will catch Grinderman for at least 30 minutes

They fucking went off! I have never seen a crowd so rowdy either...(well not for a long time anyway) Thee Oh Sees are at the forefront of a new scene starting to emerge in California.

I stayed away from the live feed, but was Moby really that good? Serious question, I was under the impression that he played pretty generic sets, what exactly was he spinning?

Pretty much what I thought I’d like with a couple surprises (“2 Chainz!” and wasn’t finnin the Hot Chip performance).

    Stone Roses
    Blur
    Scratch Perry
    2 Chainz
Youth Lagoon (Attic Doctor in Dropla)

Additional Greatness: Sparks, Café Tacvba, getting slimed by the snail at Smith Westerns…thing just snuck up on us out of nowhere

Saw Spiritualized for about 15 mins before heading to PS and they were amazing. Also, the Palma Violets brought it. They knew they didn't have a big crowd but played their hearts and lungs out.
