Eligible for local pre-sale

I have a new house in La Quinta, a 5 minute drive from the grounds, and was curious if this allowed me eligibility to the local pre-sale?

You mean local post-sale. It would be easier to just buy them in the regular sale.

1) As far as I know, a locals-only sale for this year has not yet been announced.

2) However, if/when they do have one, you will probably need proof of residency in the form of a driver's license or government-issued state residency card with your La Quinta address, and that should give you eligibility. At least that has been the requirement in previous years.

every ticket you buy must be connected to a single drivers license ...and the same license must be used at the time of picking up the tickets. Note when buying the local tickets the wrist band is placed on your wrist when you pick it up so that it can not be removed.
