Just a quick note to make sure you are all paid up on your Coachella layaway plans.
There are some who missed a payment and some who missed more than a payment. Everyone has been emailed multiple times. It is up to you, the purchaser, to make sure your account is paid in full.
Front Gate is sending out one final email to all the people still not paid in full. If you miss that final deadline you will lose your passes and any money paid thus far.
The email they send will have instructions, example:
Please contact your bank to verify what may be causing the transaction to decline. If you recently received a new card or need to update the credit card expiration date or full number, you can do so by logging in to your account at

Once logged in, it will let you update your stored card information on file.
To manually retry your failed payment:
Log in to your account
Select 'Order History' on the left hand side of the page
Find your order and select "Click here to Manage Plan"
If you need to update your card information, you can do so on this screen
You will then click 'Retry Charge' to process any failed payments up until this point or you can pay off your order in full.
*Please note: After 5 failed log in attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes, so if you have forgotten your password please enter your email address at http://coachella-weekend1.frontgatet...com/forgot.php or http://coachella-weekend2.frontgatet...com/forgot.php You will be sent a temporary password so that you may login and then update your password.
