Last year, tickets and line up were announced on Jan 13. Not sure why there's a delay this year but if your on line when they first become available you should be able to purchase what your looking for.

They save 2000 tickets for 'locals' who live in Indio, PD, La Quinta and Coachella ...must have ID to purchase and same ID when picking up.
