I think she may sing a couple. Who knows? Especially with all the dancers seeming to take turns on "vocal" duties.

It's quite obviously supposed to be some kind of statement. They all stop pretending to play their instruments half way through the third song and just stand still while everything (inc vocals) continues. After that, it is mostly just dancing.

I was at the show in Stockholm last Thursday and was really surprised by how much I enjoyed it. So many of my expectations were upended—in a good way. It seemed to me that Karin sang at least four songs live, which was just enough for me to not feel cheated, otherwise the lady danced. To be honest, Olof is the more gifted dancer. Based on videos I had seen of the show and reviews I read here and other places, I was prepared for utter silliness, instead, the overall production was more engaging, sexy, inventive, and deliberate than mere absurdity, but still very playful. I never felt alienated. I also ignorantly thought that a Swedish crowd was going to be super tame, but they were not (in both good and bad ways).

Just want to put it out there that it’s okay to enjoy the show! I’ll see it again in the US if I get tickets. Hopefully the crowd back home will know how to cut loose.
