    Why has GV not booked these guys yet?

    The last 808 State "performance" I saw in LA in 1993 at the Shrine was just one of them wandering around on stage mumbling into a microphone. Months later they were interviewed in a magazine talking about how much they hated playing for Americans.
    20 years ago I know, but I still remember how terrible it was and leaving halfway through.

    Shame because their 1990 show at the Spruce Goose was supposed to be the stuff of legends...
