Tis a good feeling knowing that I don't have to be in the dreaded "waiting room" this month. It fucking sucks being in there, especially not having tickets afterwards.

It is quite hilarious and people make the same excuses every year. I hope Goldenvoice outdoes themselves and throws us such an awesome curve that whatever tickets they sell regular on sale are gone in 45 minutes.

So, I got my email for weekend 2 @ 10:35 am today. Still no email for weekend 1.

No reason to worry though, right?

Call them tomorrow and just confirm they received payment. You can ask them to send the confirmation email again and you should get it almost instantaneously (I did this a few months ago)

I as well but it was a relief knowing that whoever plays I got my ticket. 2014 is going to be a harder time getting presale because all the people who slept on it in the past saw how convienent and how fast it sold out so many of the naysayers are going to save up and jump on the bandwagon.

Well, my payment had still not gone through today for weekend 1. They did not contact me either. Went to the website and did the "pay in full" and then got the email.

I know it's too much to ask, but it would be nice if Coachella would use someone a bit more "on the ball" than frontgate next time.

no reason to think people are any smarter in 2013 than they were in 2011 or 2012.

Not the people but the scalpers get smarter every year. Look at the quantities scalpers have on stubhub. Yeah I didnt get any passes because I was at work and I dont sit behind a computer for a living. Wish they could do a limit of 2 per IP address rather than physical address. I've supported Coachella and Goldenvoice for 7 straight years no matter how mediocre the lineup was. This is more than likely going to be the year I break the streak.

I hope GV brings the best lineup of any festival EVER so that my friends that are acting like they're too cool for Coachella now get really jealous.
