I could totally see them playing this. New album comes out the Tuesday before. If they are added to the lineup I think that might persuade me enough to go.
    September 20 - Skeletonwitch
    September 21 - Nails
September 23 - The Zombies / Andy Stott
    October 2 - Beck
October 3-5 - Austin City Limits
    October 10 - Bonobo
    October 20 - Mastodon
    October 23 - 26 - Housecore Horror Festival
    October 29 - The Melvins
November 7-9 - Fun Fun Fun Fest
    November 18 - Slayer

AF would be a "get" worthy of the totally inexplicable delay in announcing acts. Will cross my fingers, but doubt Rehage can pull that off. I'll stick with the expectation that it'll be Jay-Z once Samsung irons out the supposed contract requirements.

With some of the other names being thrown around, you should be happy if you get Jay Z.

Yea there are so many bands I have no clue who they are. To the detractors imo: At least the under card ISN'T the same bunch of bands that seem to be on the festy circuit this year ... cr****

    Finally the other shoe drops!

For a fan of headliners and 90s era alt-rock music, I don't think it gets much better than Pearl Jam-NIN-The Cure for me this year... especially in N'awlins... for a hundred bucks.

Hope some of you Voodoo fans stuck out the long hot summer waiting for the news. Should be a great ritual.

Voodoo doesn't have the money for six headliners, so the score is that Pearl Jam, NIN, and The Cure are all largely unopposed.

This is going to be a fantastic weekend for us!

The Cure vs HTDA conflict chaps my ass, but at least I got to see HTDA this year.

The Cure has at least a 2 hour 15 minute set. HTDA has a 1 hour set, see both.
