Fake passport, yeah bro.
Hmmmmm....nothing to see here if youre looking for info about these two fests. So has anybody here been to tomorrowland and edc?
I looked at the Tomorrowland prices for 2013 - although in euros, it was pretty reasonable... It just seems to be something to check out if you like to rave, you can go on a lake on paddleboats, there is a nice clean sex area for couples guarded by nuns
EDC definitely doesn't have that. The festival has one area that is specially designed for long term lovers, recent couples and new friends. Reviews have suggested that once in the proverbial love shack, attendees can find a bed, condoms and cleanup tissues to enjoy. Couples are left in privacy whilst nuns guard the church, giving you ten to fifteen minutes to...urm...you know...you business!

If you're an American who can afford to go to Europe, might as well check this out if you like to rave also.
Unless you wanted the opinion of jaded 30-40 year old elitists who don't understand that people your age have fun at events like these, you're asking in the wrong place
They live in their own reality and will criticize you for liking certain things that they do not
He is talking to the internet
Nathan, I think you've confused nick5745 with nickO.
5/25-5/27: MOVEMENT DETROIT
6/6: The Field @ The Independent
6/26: Colin Stetson @ The Chapel
again , the diversity factor is really cool. probably has more countries with people attending then coachella

Thanks @mugwog for the info you posted. If I ever have the opportunity I will definitely go to Tomorrowland. Though I've never made it to EDC either and would really like to go there as well.

insomniac is shit to you...but apparently not richie, or else he wouldnt play there when he can just get booked elsewhere right?
also please define awful. they throw the biggest event in America and practically sell it out without releasing a lineup. if it was awful i don't think they'd be able to do that, but i guess everyone has their own opinion
fuck when I was 16 all we had were stupid Demolay dances that we had to drive an hour to and were always lame and squaresville, but if you were lucky the DJ had some New Order records. Now they have all these mega glittery parties to choose from. It's so unfair.
I would never expect anyone to not take a paying gig, regardless of the promoter.
Taste is subjective, i get that, but just because they throw a giant event such as EDC doesn't mean it's good. It just means a lot of idiots are willing to waste their parent's money on shit like that. Also they book essentially the same shit year after year. How many incarnations of Swedish House Mafia can they really get before people start to get tired of it?also please define awful. they throw the biggest event in America and practically sell it out without releasing a lineup. if it was awful i don't think they'd be able to do that, but i guess everyone has their own opinion
