I noticed that Muse have April 13-14th and April 20-21st free in their US tour schedule. Coincidence?

How does the single set of Muse production get from the east coast to to being hung/tested before doors open the next morning at 11am? It's a 5 hour flight. Loading/unlaoding planes and getting to/from airports/venue would easily add several hours. Any kind of minor flying/traffic delay and their show is sunk.
Why risk a shot voice in NYC or Indio by playing 3 nights in a row, which they rarely do?
Would you want a Muse show with only generic video wall production? I saw a 60 minute set at a Christmas Radio show in 2009 with barebones production for 5,000 and it wouldn't cut it.
im going to be banned if i spam threads with tons and tons of images.
Fuck it: NIN/HTDA/Trent Reznor>IceyHot's sex life

Muse has multiple stage setups. when they played coachella in 2010 i saw them play vegas the week before, they had a different setup. they played in 3 4 sided screened elevators with that went up and down as they played images. at coachella they just had 3 screens behind them that played what teh elevators played. in other words your argument is invalid.
My girlfriend looks a little bit like Charlize Theron... and a lot like Dog the Bounty Hunter.
Why can't these guys go away
Their new album is complete shit, please no Muse

MUSE only has one stage. The "elevators" got the night off at the festival. I saw the exact same staging in Vancouver as I did at 2 weeks later at Coachella 2010.
Festivals use the same basic show and acts have to reconfigure their shows sometimes. Springsteen/U2 have to rethink their walkways, and teleprompters/mic stands can't be built into the stage.
I'm sure Jay-z went to great lengths to get that small trap door in 2010.
Wouldn't it be more fun to fuel their false hopes rather than ruining it on the first response? Let them believe it, convince them they're right.
Or at least they told her things just to get into her gap.

So that's what "gap in the tour dates" means...
