Whiskey Sour
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
this poll makes me morose
no, maybe ten years ago. And even then Bono was smoking those thin cigar things like a wanker. Who smokes those?
to be honest, i'd be down to see them headline. they have a lot of songs i like and sound great live. they also are popular enough to so sure why not
They are a great live band, but at this point I don't think they are a festival band. Seeing the Glastonbury performance they looked uncomfortable up there. It was strange. There's a huge difference in playing to a crowd of diehards, especially up front as their shows are always GA, and having to earn it in front of a festival audience. I just don't know if they have it in them anymore to earn it.
Why is this even a question

The 2nd Anaheim show U2 played in 2011 was fantastic. They started the set off with a bunch of songs off of Achtung Baby, which might be my all time favorite album.
I think that was the show I went to then. It was pretty cool and a great deal different than the Rose Bowl set almost 2 years earlier.
