Just a suggestion. I think the acts that have dates scheduled nearby the same week or get mentioned by Ranger Dave like Bauer should get put in the likely column. Also, it seems like Atoms for Peace is more likely for Treasure Island.

I would take out Atoms for Peace because they really seem likely for TI (playing in LA a couple days before in October and they would really fit that festival).

But I would add Queens of the Stone Age for the same reasons as Vampire Weekend.

Flaming Lips are playing Costa Mesa 7/31 but might not be happening due to there playing Bottlerock.

Matisyahu is playing Costa Mesa 8/9 but not sure if he has played OSL recently.

Lyle Lovett is opening for Willie Nelson in LA.

George Clinton and Pfunk are playing the Greek in LA on 8/17.

I would put those in the rumored section.

    Rebelution played OSL last year.

    George Clinton would be dope.

Also, Childish Gambino seems likely too.

Thanks for the app suggestion. First year actuallly pulling eager beaver. Now I just need a friend to buy my Friday ticket that won't use that ticket the rest of the weekend. If you are doing paper tickets, atleast use a different one for each day.

Your numbers are accurate if you or me sell a single ticket but for professional scalers aka "Volume Sellers" the fee is lowered to 10% and there are other discounts as well. Selling for $315 at fees of 10% they make a $38 profit (16%) and assuming they have the people and capital to buy a significant amount of tickets it becomes clear that there is a lot of money to be made here.

So lets say they have figured out a way to acquire 1,000 tickets today and are able to sell them for $315. Their $245,000 investment nets them a nice $38,000. Best of all they've automated the buying and selling so its very little work once you have secured the tickets. Additionally, if the event sells out and tickets go up to $350, their margins almost double to 28% and the profit becomes $70,000. Yes, there is the chance that an event will bomb that they've heavily invested into (Coachella Week2 is a good example) but they manage risk by diversifying their investments, buying the tickets at the lowest possible price, and by selling them gradually in the build up to the event. And for every 100 events they invest in 1-5 probably seeing profit margins in the 100% range...

If Steve Martin plays, do you guys think he will be there as a musician, comedian, or both?

Didn't manage to catch any Eager Beaver tickets (second year that I've tried) but did get my hands on some special-priced tickets. Could be worse. Pretty stoked for NIN and Macca if they're really playing.

Here's a list of hopefuls I wrote up a month or two back:

    Modest Mouse
    Vampire Weekend
    Elbow
    Crystal Castles
    Elvis Costello
    Phoenix
    The Strokes
    Frank Ocean
    Alice in Chains
    Swans
    New Order
deadmau5 (missed his set in '11)
    The Flaming Lips
    Conor Oberst
    Knife Party
    David Bowie
    Wu-Tang Clan
    Public Enemy
    The Smashing Pumpkins
    Tool
    Rage Against the Machine
    Blood Red Shoes
    The Tallest Man on Earth
    Andrew W.K.
    FLAG
    Band of Horses
    Death from Above 1979
    Le Butcherettes
    Ghost B.C.

    Hologram Otis Redding for 2014.

    Cool list bro.

We should be seeing some hints being posted in the Ranger Dave instagram this week. Last year he was posting album covers starting 4/11 (9:47 am) with the line-up on 4/17 (7:46 am). If they follow the same schedule that would mean hints start coming this Wednesday morning and full line up early next Tuesday.

No, other than the fact that they have never had a repeat headliner and have had very few repeats overall in their history.
