Back to Tom's bitter, bitter world.
ok after careful consideration, I'm just going to rent a car, drive myself and offer a ride on rideshare. All in!

Carry on with your healing of the world Tom by telling others what is the truth. You are the divine entity of opinion.
As far as partying goes I'd say BM is pretty close to utopia, sure. No curfews, no open container laws, barely any LEO interactions if you're not an idiot, hundreds of soundsystems playing all kind of music under the stars, no lines, no VIP, no bottle service, no searches at the door, no bouncers, no $12 drinks, less creepy dudes (you can never escape creepy dudes, unfortunately), awesome art everywhere, ride your bike to and from everything, lots of beautiful things to look at, everyone's in a good mood, and most soundsystems sound better out there since it's just open desert. The four corner Funktion 1 system at Nexus last year was probably the best club music sound I've ever heard in my life.
I mean, is it actually utopia? No, it's a bunch of people with money spending a ton of it to party in the desert for a week. As an actual society it's mostly unsustainable. But who gives a fuck? Have you actually been, Tom?
Utopia is quite improbable due to different opinions on what utopia is.
No, not touché, this is a stupid semantic derail and he's not even right.
That's wikipedia's definition of the word utopia. The party scene at Burning Man, to me, "is a community or society possessing highly desirable or perfect qualities." So take your pedantic bullshit and go suck a lemon.A utopia /juːˈtoʊpiə/ is a community or society possessing highly desirable or perfect qualities. The word was coined in Greek by Sir Thomas More for his 1516 book Utopia, describing a fictional island society in the Atlantic Ocean. The term has been used to describe both intentional communities that attempt to create an ideal society, and fictional societies portrayed in literature. It has spawned other concepts, most prominently dystopia.
Amy: shut the fuck up.
Take it bitch
All I know is that it has been raining like a motherfucker, here in Reno, over the past couple of days. Utopia might be a little messier than usual this year.

Trick, I don't know if I'm up for seriously reading through that music guide because my goodness it's a lot, but Bells & Whistles playing at Funky Town on Thurs night is something I'd recommend (though they play in SF all the time, too, so)

Raining today and tomorrow a little. I take this as a great sign, the heat will burn all that moisture up just in time for it to be biketopia. Just as long as the mud doesn't create huge ditches and clumps the terrain will be perfect!
