We've got a private room with 2 single beds and also a pullout bed in the living room. We are so close to the venue that you could hang out in the campgrounds yet be able to go home to AC, a shower, and some peace & quiet.

It's in Palm Springs. It's a bit of a drive. And who knows? Maybe some year it won't be available Coachella weekend. My parents own in Sedona and swap it for the Palm Springs one.
