Perhaps you are the one that has changed. Either that or you're doing it wrong. Coachella is different every year and has a thousand different combos that YOU get to decide upon. If you can't have a good time at Coachella then I feel sorry for you.

I'm with ya OP. I've been going every year since 04, and this past chella was the first time I thought, "well, maybe I don't need to go next year...unless the lineup is insane". Every year prior, I was just counting the days till next April.

I can get into my mercurial opinions on why that may be, but I'll wait and see if I'm going to chella 13 first, and if so, just go and try to have the best time I can. If certain '12 traits continue and/or grow it will have been a great run, and I'll leave the desert playpen for the next group of kids.

I'm sure there are real Coachella OGs that will say it all went down hill with 04; that's just the nature of the game
