I'd go to the Gathering if I was within 2 hours just because. Their lineups are surprisingly decent and then all the legendary wrestlers..

See to me reunion acts are a gimmick at this point, especially if you don't like the reunited band. Bonnaroo has a great lineup, and I may even go as far as saying a better lineup than Coachella. I need some time to pass to really decide on that though.

Looks like Rocklahoma stepped it up this year compared to 2012.

Rocklaoma and Rock on the Range have similar lineups and appear to be in some alternate festival universe.

Why would Soundgarden do that to themselves?
10/8 - Little Dragon @ Marquee (Tempe, AZ)
10/11 - Carolina Chocolate Drops @ Rialto Theater (Tucson, AZ)
11/10 - The Black Keys @ US Airways Center (Phoenix, AZ)
    4/10/15 - 4/12/15 - Coachella

If this was 1996, my head would have exploded with Soundgarden, AIC, Pumpkins, and Bush on the same bill. I certainly don't have that same feeling nowadays.

8 of 16 band members are missing from 1996.

more like "Washed Up on the Range". Remeber when Billy Corrigan was actually cool guise? They've already sold out the field for this. All these little kids that want to see Smashing Pumpkins, Alice In Chains & Bush..... well whats left of them anyway.

Seriously besides Swans and Weird Al there is not anything I am like why are they not at Coachella. Björk is doing a residency in LA and SF so why would i care about her doing a festival set at Bonaroo.

No one is expecting you to care. Some people that don't live in california do care about it.

For instance, I haven't heard any info about her Detroit residency. Please forward it along if you find it.

I'll give you R. Kelly and even Billy Idol (to an extent), but admit it, you would be watching Weird Al just like the rest of us would be, gimmick or not.

Can't find any info on what can't be brought into the Roo. Particularly glass bottles. I wanna bring some headstash beer but it only comes in bottles.

    DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

Here is what is not allowed under any circumstances (and remember we search every vehicle):

Glass containers of any kind (this includes wine bottles, drinking glasses, pickle jars and test tubes)
We repeat, glass containers of any kind
Weapons of any kind, even slingshots
    Fireworks
    Illegal substances
Bicycles or scooters or personal motorized vehicles (including not limited to: golf carts, ATVs, motor scooters, powered skateboards and airboats).
Professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses (point-and-shoots without additional lenses are fine)
Pets (even really, really small ones)
    Glowsticks
Box trucks or trailers (camping trailers are okay, but are considered RVs)
Charcoal or propane, unless you have a portable grill (If you do, you may bring up to 40 lbs. of charcoal and a small container of propane)
Gasoline (unless you have a generator)
NOTE: Vending of any kind is not allowed. Sharing yes, selling, no. And you know the difference.

I swear they use to allow bicycles.
I'm going to have to bring a keg or something instead if I can get them to fill one.
No glowsticks?! How'm I supposed to go fishing for hippies and ravers at night without any bait?

They aten't going to take your glow. Our first year they looked through our cooler, asked how many beers we brought and if we had any glass.

Last year they asked if we'd been before, we said yes, and were waved through.
