Prepare for terrible scheduling. Year in, year out, they fuck up decent lineups by scheduling everything good at once and leaving huge gaps of downtime.

As opposed to which festivals exactly? Certainly not Coachella...

Why does it always have to be Coachella vs. Bonnaroo? The fests have some overlap, but tend to go after different demographics. I think both did very well for themselves this year, and I would have a great time at both.

Pretty good lineup...Tom Petty, ZZ Top and Billy Idol are the only ones I haven't seen that I would really want to...seen R. Kelly before and that is gonna be awesome!

I wouldn't know since I don't work in that industry. It's just silly to assume that both festivals have the same artists available to them when the festivals are separated by two months. A band that is not ready in April, could very well be ready in June.

overall I like a lot on the lineup but there's not enough for me to justify the 15 hour drive. i will say that this years lineup is exponentially better than last years.

I don't even like Daniel Tosh but that quick video they put up of him doing the lineup was so much better then Weird Al doing his whole thing. Truthfully I turned off the Weird Al thing after 5 minutes so maybe it got better?
