Lastly, I highly doubt that the Arctic Monkeys are headlining Life Is Beautiful. The promoters would be taking a huge risk with that booking in the Vegas market. I'll let you give me a hand job if they're booked as the headliner.
"ain't no thang but a chicken wang"
Please send dick pics asap.
But kvnty, AM doesn't even get played on the radio in vegas bro!
Yeah, I love the shit out of the Arctic Monkeys, but even at fests here they're "headlining" this year, they're a 2nd line headliner and will be on the smaller of the two main stages at Lolla and Outside Lands. Hell, they're not even headlining some smaller fests like Squamish. The Strokes haven't played a non-fest LA date in nearly a decade, so comparing those last shows to Arctic Monkeys at Staples in 2014 is kind of a dumb comparison. If The Strokes booked an arena date in LA, they'd sell it out easily.
"this kid" (as I was called above, love that) is archaic and doesn't have a Skype handle.
Also, I'm very familiar with the catalogue and I do hope that they give me the show of a lifetime at FYF. I played the shit out of Room on Fire and First Impressions of Earth, which contrary to popular opinion, I really like. Angles did nothing for me tho. Worth revisiting? I've actually never even listing to Comedown Machine, i'll check it out this weekend.
It's safe to say JorgeC is like Shakermaker who doesn't like to admit that he's wrong! Kids these days thinking AM is more popular than the Storkes
and they really need to release the lineup already so we can get past this AM/Strokes thing, I'd rather talk about the real lineup since I'm seriously considering going this year after all the positive reviews from last year.

I think The Strokes are the better band but right now Arctic Monkeys would sell more tickets in LA because AM was a great success and The Strokes are assholes to their fans
I don't know if I agree. You'll have to give me an example
Morrissey. The Mexicans love him no matter how shitty he treats his fans.
please see just about any career path within the entertainment (movie, TV, music ...), service and hospitality industries here; they are filled with sadists and those who can take (and sometimes even enjoy) the abuse. know so many people here who go running back with wide open arms to the most appalling work conditions/environment.
some people don't mind being treated like cockroaches.
It's still way worse in New York. Amirite Spooks?
Are the videos confirmations? So that would make Arctic Monkeys and Alt-J.
