They won't be able too. Blood tests are what they are trying now, but everyone knows how long it stays in your system. The DUID will never be prosecuted. It will be similiar to driving while texting or on a cell phone. If you are dumb enough to smoke while driving and get caught you deserve the DUID.

I know that there are field saliva tests that can be used. I would think that unless it was clear that cannabis was being consumed in the car that it's probably pretty hard to prove impairment. Even an uncoordinated stoner could easily past the standard alcohol sobriety tests.

BTW - was anyone watching ABC News about 20 mins ago? ABC's Sharyn Alfonsi is my new favorite correspondent. She was reporting from some podunk Republican viewing party in Wisconsin. The mood was somber of course and while she was speaking to the anchor she was loudly shushed by the despondent, grumpy repubs. Her reactions were priceless.
