Right now I am planning 11:30am - 1:30pm to try to give ample time to for food and beers and still get into the fest by 2:30pm.

Well festival doors are at 2pm, right? Maybe Andrew and I could stake out a couple tables at Wurstkuche around 12:30pm and then folks can show up anytime up till 2:00pmish before we walk over? I think this is more or less how we did it last year, although sounds like there will be a bigger crowd this year for the pre-hang.

Edit- nm. You were quicker on the draw! Ok, so 11:30am start time? I can do that.

I'm going to have to work some on Saturday before I go to the fest, but I'm definitely down to hang out at Wurstkueche for a while. Mmmm beer.

My girlfriend ended up having to work on Saturday, which means I have an extra Saturday pass. I will give this pass away for free. People that I actually know take priority over those I don't. Message me here or on fb if you want the ticket.

I emailed them about the beer selections. Here's what they said will be available: "Stella, Bud, Shock Top and a few others"

I hope one of the mystery beers is something decent but I'm sure I'll have fun regardless.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had a Golden Road available, but yeah mostly crap.

Andrew and I have two houseguests as well so we'll be able to have a decent sized group to grab a spot. At 11:30.
At least in *my* awesome opinion.

I haven't had any Golden Road but I'd definitely go for that above the others that were listed.

We had our baby shower at their pub this past February. Only time I've really had any of their brews, but I thought what I had was pretty good (tried their IPA and Heffeweizen). Definitely better than the options listed above.

that guy sounds like a whiney little bitch, I like how he only refers to the residents as 'ARTIST' and feels the need to throw "republican" in there as much as possible. fuck him, jack rabbit and rattlesnake bratwursts are awesome.

In fairness it sounds like a really annoying situation, but this guy's website is so childish that he's clearly squandered any sort of legitimate complaints he might have had.

I just confirmed an interview on Saturday morning in Santa Monica, so after the interview I'm gonna head over to Wurstkuche. I haven't been to a concert in over a month and to a show with any known acts since February. I'm kind of excited.
