It sounded like they really want to work with someone like skrillex in the future. I think all the lasers got to their heads.

I even like Panic Station now.
everything but Save Me, yuck
I listened to it when it came out. Right after that I put on Symmetry. Then I put on Absolution. Then Black Holes. Then I tried to listen to this new stuff again. Nope. They have gone in a completely different direction, one in which I'm not too enthused to follow.

"How long will this last, this delicious feeling of being alive, of having penetrated the veil which hides beauty and the wonders of celestial vistas? It doesn't matter, as there can be nothing but gratitude for even a glimpse of what exists for those who can become open to it."
It's too bad they couldn't get all the people who collaborated to come out for Coachella. Good none the less.

Too bad they billed something that couldnt even show up, and made it the unopposed sunday headliner. After a fucking phenomenal festival of music it was a real shame they ended with that. I felt bad for the clowns that camped the main stage.
I haven't listened to the new muse album, but i would argue they are more relavent than rhcp or pearl jam. I think you have a huge void of both possible, and tasteful rock headliners these days.

Enjoy the album much more after rearranging song order in playlist:
- The 2nd Law: Unsustainable
- Madness
- Follow Me
- Save Me
- Liquid State
- The 2nd Law: Isolated System
- Supremacy
- Prelude
- Survival
- Panic Station
- Big Freeze
- Explorers
- Animals
Por please 2014: Sleigh Bells, Friendly Fires, Depeche Mode, NIN, Cut Copy, Empire of the Sun, The Naked and Famous, Mindless Self Indulgence, Wavves and FIDLAR
intriguing
i like the bookending of 'side 1' with the 2nd law tracks
supremacy seems like a good 'side 2' opener
not sure how animals would work as a closer

i'm fine with the official order, maybe i'll try yours. don't think i'll bother to create my own, the tracks will show up in shuffle anyway

You can't just make a user name today Amy?
Lame. I'll help you out later if you still need it.
i'll never understand why people throw their opinions about music as if they are fact. regardless of your personal take on muse, some people will consider them good or bad music.
as far as whether or not they're playing this year, highly unlikely. i won't say that they are not because i didn't organize the festival and if they do play (yes, they would be a headliner), that just means that i get to catch a smaller act in one of the tents (i did it when jay z and kings of leon headlined).
i've seen them several times times live and their coachella 2010 was my least favorite. later that year, saw them headline the staples center and it was the best slap in the face ever. they are an amazing act live - one i tell people that whether they are fans or not, they definitely have to catch live. they dwarfed that 20,000 seat venue! love them, pass on this year's inclusion.

muse are ok i guess. I wouldn't fight my way to the front but i'd probly watch
When I first heard "Panic Station", I thought it was a new Queen single that they had saved to add to rarities box set.
