They could hold the allotment of tickets until the day before weekend one begins and, regardless of the lineup, they would sell out in ten minutes.

Then turn around, buy tics, and don't really care who is playing: It's Coachella and she is always good to us. It really doesn't matter what the card is in general. If they are indeed going to sell the remainder of the tickets before the lineup is released, it seems like a way to throw a bone to regular Coachella-goers (and to punish people who only go on a lineup-dependent basis).

Points to a hugely exciting lineup, in my opinion, with some big gets.

I am going to Coachella for the exclusivity of their line up. Last year, I wanted to go just to see Jeff Mangum, Frank Ocean, and Radiohead (I'm sure there were others there I liked too). All of which made their way to Texas, so it wouldn't have been worth it in terms of cost. I like a lot of music acts, but I LOVE a whole lot less. I just want to make sure some music that I'm in love with will be played, that I'd have little to no chance of hearing ever again.
