Jet Set Radio definitely didn't hold up well today, so if Future doesn't then my childhood may be in jeopardy.
I still bust out my dreamcast for Jet Set Radio...
not gonna lie
I did have a dream last night that everyone showed up to Coachella to find that not a single artist had been booked. Lance Armstrong was there, though.

That's what I thought, regarding the "delay". I am feeling no anxiety or distress about this wait. This same rage drama happens every year. Like I said, I'm more excited about the imminent ticket sellout inspired Facebook wall.
7/26 Au Revoir Simone @ The Roxy, 8/1 Arcade Fire, the Unicorns, Dan Deacon at the Forum, 8/2 Burger a-Go-Go, @ Observatory, 8/9 Warpaint @ Observatory, 8/10 Warpaint @ The Ace, 8/23-24 FYF Fest, 9/11 Swans @ Roxy, 9/18 Neutral Milk Hotel @ Hollywood Bowl, 9/19 Chvrches @ Palladium, 9/30 Cibo Matto @ the Roxy, 10/9 Zola Jesus @ El Rey, 10/16 Massive Attack @ Greek Theater, 10/26 Asobi Seksu & Slowdive @ Royale
Sooo....the Stones are out, who most people were complaining about being potentially booked in the first place, and now because this one band that nobody really seemed excited about in the first place is out, the lineup is guaranteed to have three underwhelming headliners, won't sell out, and the entire Coachella brand will die.
Not to mention everybody thought 2011's headliners were underwhelming, and yet virtually everybody ranked that as one of the most fun Coachella experiences ever.
Yeah...and in six years he has consistently proven himself by providing us with regular accurate information. Just because youre new doesn't mean nothing ever happened before you got here.
In short, go fuck yourself.
2011 was fucking awesome. Arcade fire and Kanye were coming off ridiculously successful years with ridiculously good albums.
2010 had the worst looking lineup I've seen since they went to 3 days. Not includin 2008 which I chalk up as an anomaly as far as coachella goes. Adding prince definitely made it look better, but when it first came out it looked pretty underwhelming.
Considering the rapid sellout this year, this would be the time to stick Merzbow as a headliner + simulcast to all stages and start a great purge of the exclusive partiers.
