Not to be an ass but can you prove this? What is the exact percentage? Because I can easily say 90% of their audience comes from LA and SD. What a festival does in the states or in Japan or in Europe has no bearing when another festival announces their line up.

Twenty-nine thousand posts on a Coachella message board, and you still don't seem to know anything about Coachella. Anyone else find this odd, as if a good chunk of common posters on this board don't actually go to the festival? Coachella is where I hear more accents in three/ six days than I hear the entire rest of the year combined. If you don't think there's an overseas market for Coachella, then you've never been there.
