If you poke through the Indio city council minutes, you can see a lot of interesting things, like how GV is buying all that land by the Outdoor Theater and that Friday's headliner has a $250,000 fireworks budget. Should be quite a fun. spectacle.

It's hilarious to me everyone who was FREAKING out at the notion of Gotye headlining because they aren't nearly a big enough act...

Well, now we have fun.

Gotye has one song that sounds like a rejected Police single. fun. has two albums worth of material and multiple big songs. They're way more legit than Gotye. I'm still surprised they're headlining, but oh well. There's always a curveball.
