No release date, but from their website they have been talking about new music, album titles, etc.
"Something that might be encouraging to some Tool enthusiasts is that while riding with Danny to Chili John’s yesterday, I heard a lot of new Tool music (sans Maynard). This was the most new material that I’ve heard so far, although a few of the riffs and arrangements were familiar. So, what did I think? Dare I say that it sounded like… Tool (some of it reminiscent to earlier Tool stuff, with other parts pushing the envelope), and I assume that it will sound even more like Tool once the vocal melodies, etc. have been added. To answer your next question, I cannot say how far along in the writing process the band is. If I had to GUESS, I would say more than half way (and keep in mind that in the past, at least, the writing went faster once the first few [more complex] songs were finished)."
Also there are other posts talking about working on Album titles and crap. I'd post more but who really wants to be on the Tool website, ugh.

So I work at a company called Vortex Immersion Media that deals in a number of visual display technologies. I just ran into a friend who works in the special projects department of R&D. He has been burning the candle at both ends and I hadn't seen him in a solid 6 months. I asked him what hes been so busy on and he steered the conversation away from the topic. So a few minutes later I asked again. He was hesitant but finally told me he's spent the last few months specially contracted by Paul Hahn. I asked who that was and he told me hes the head of Daft Arts. Again I gave him a blank stare until he just yelled DAFT PUNK! at me. He went on to describe some of the live show aspects and I honestly don't believe half of them. But he said he's been so busy because the primary phases of the setup had to be finished by early February. When I again asked why he said that everything had to fully operational and ready for live rehearsal by March for Coachella.
I'm not an idiot, I know how ridiculous this sounds but this is actually happening. Daft Punk is playing Coachella 2013 and they are cooking up maybe the greatest spectacle ever seen at a concert. The wait will have been well worth it come April. Their work really is never over.

The National are on the brink of becoming seriously huge and they tour the shit out of every album they put out, so it wouldn't shock me if they festival whore along with playing damn near every city in the world for their upcoming album. Just not sure they will be ready to start doing that by April though.
interesting but stil not buying it... http://www.vorteximmersion.com/

The played at the outdoor theater and it depends on how drunk/drugged she is... I enjoyed that show btw
they were great that year...would love to see again
I'm a reasonable man, get off my case.
"Liking" a band neither increases nor decreases the probability of them playing at Coachella, dummies.
