I think that heart attack he had in 2004 was a lot bigger than was made out to be. Kind of telling the first single is what it is. Not an uptempo rock song. Hopefully he'll play some shows but I don't think he'll tour around the world. Let's just enjoy the last time Bowie performed his music on stage for now...

why? not that I have the evidence ready, but I'm pretty sure plenty of artists have announced their "first shows" as being after Coachella, and when the lineup is announced, they're on it.

Or maybe that's just me grasping at straws b/c I want the Knife so badly.

Yes there is no way they can do a show only a mere 30 days prior in another country. Most of the boats today only have paddles and if unless they have a master explorer like Columbus it's not likely they will ever find this new world let alone find enough horses to get to them and their equipment to the middle of the desert...
