FWIW, Coachella Bound has accurately called a couple of acts in the past.

I feel like the police chief in every buddy cop movie ever made... "GuyInTucson, I believe you, but we need more evidence!"

how many acts this year DIDNT play socal outside chella? the chances of chella tickets still being onsale by march 10th is ridiculous.

$770 hotel packages(GA/Shuttle/room) are still available months after the 2013 pre-sale and were still available in the weeks before the 2012 festival(s). Yes, GV can make big money on the hotel rooms due to a loophole in California law regarding raising room rates.

After Oct 15 or so, GV seem to only allow acts to play condensed Xmas radio sets, undersized venues relative to their drawing power or events on short notice.

Here's the thing though....the festival is already mostly sold out. It will sell out in seconds of the tickets going on sale, regardless of whether or not KMFDM has an LA show a month earlier.

if we are only going by tour dates, i'd say KMFDM is very likely, considering what they're doing for the new tour.. but if they are booked, that tells me gv couldn't get ministry to come back for another round of dates..

What's with all the sudden love for NIN now? They played a billion shows back in 2008/2009, subbed a bunch of festivals, and put out about 3-4 shitty albums in a row starting with "With Teeth". Move on.

I'm sure (as is everyone else) that this is Danny Brown, but I really wish it was either Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, or Kendrick Lamar. Danny Brown was everywhere last year, I'd rather see Ab-Soul (who I think has one of the best albums of the year) or a return from Kendrick (clearly unlikely, but with the new album raising his profile so high, I could see him getting a more prominent slot).
