It's true that his mom died some days before the festival, not blaming/judging him for that. I guess my point is that he half-assed it at every ATDI reunion show, not just Coachella.

I mean we have to realize he is no longer the feisty little Puerto-Rican he was in his ATDI days, he doesn't go crazy any more. As far as his music performances go, he is still a very good musician, and a figurehead for progressive music. In terms of sound Cedric was the only one that sucked at the ATDI performances, the rest of the band was spot on. I would not mind seeing ORL as long as it isn't with Teri Gender Bender.

so according to this RHCP wont be touring past March of 2013, like a previously stated..... (So and so's interview where he stated they would be touring "up to" April, not "through" April.

Coachella is possible. What I wonder is what market have they not visited 2011-2013 and why sit idle for 5 weeks before Coachella?

Went to a Paul Banks show last thursday in LV and met the Sony Rep who was, well, repping the Neighbourhood. I asked her if Neighbourhood was playing Coachella and she said "They are in talks. They find out in mid December." Credible? Meh. She did have neat little upside down house posters from the band though.
