It's adorable you clowns think Governors Ball's mystery headliner hasn't been revealed because there's some contractual issue forcing them to wait until Coachella's lineup is out. Why wouldn't Governors Ball have just waited a few more days and release a complete lineup? That shit is probably them hearing the same thing Goldenvoice did: The Spin Doctors are flattered to be asked to headline, but they're already dedicating all their energies to the Mark McGrath & Friends Douche Cruise.

Oh no, it's Jan 22 and still no lineup. Stop the world, Cancel the festival! It's not like they've waited until February in years past. This isn't out of the ordinary by any means.

The last Feb announcement was over a decade ago when the festival didn't have international visitors.

Headliners pulling out is more common as lineup announcements coming this late.

I trust GV, but things are not going as they had planned judging by announcements made in the past 48 hours.
